As your Graduation event partner, I want to take this opportunity to give you an update on what's been happening behind the scenes at GFP and provide relevant information about changes to our procedures as a result of the COVID19 restrictions.
Our two main objectives are to assist you in providing accessible solutions for
the 2020 Grads to celebrate now, and to plan for a safe return to the traditional ceremonies on campus in future.

We are hoping to work closely with you over the coming weeks to ensure we are 'event ready' and please know that whatever path your University decides to take, GFP is there to support you and will actively assist wherever possible.

Social distancing has caused all of us to change the way we interact with one another. Now, more than ever, we understand the importance of social media
and the value it brings in sharing experiences.
It’s exciting to see Grads and Unis celebrating across these platforms and GFP would love to contribute in this space with you too. We can offer some great
'Grad' prizes to support any competitions or social concepts you decide upon.

For Universities considering alternate options for ceremonies that have been delayed or cancelled, the @Home Celebration is something GFP can help provide.
In true Graduation style, students and families can participate and mark the occasion they've been waiting for.
The package includes delivery of regalia, instructions on how to navigate the process and view the live stream event.
GFP has received a vast amount of interest from Grads requesting information
on Graduation photography services.
In response, we will be offering new 'one on one' photography options to give Grads and their families a more personalised service, in a safe and hygienic environment.
A “register your interest” document has been created as an easy online platform
for GFP to communicate with Grads once restrictions have been lifted and we
can provide these services.
Personalised On Location
Our ‘on location’ service is a new style of graduation photography that captures
the Grad and family on campus. It allows Grads to have something different, to
be involved in their photography shoot by including University landmarks which
are important to their journey. (PS - we’ll chat to you before coming onto campus)

Personalised Studio Sittings
For Grads that value the more traditional style of photography, we are providing a safe and hygienic service in our studios. What’s more, there’s no waiting in line
and they can have some fun with their family within this unique setting.
We will be offering this personal studio sitting once restrictions have been lifted.
COVID has changed the way we all think and GFP have developed new hygiene practises to adapt to the new world we live in. We want to ensure when we can
get back onto campus and celebrate, we will be doing it safely and hygienically.
These include but are not limited to:
A new Academic Dress process. This is aimed at lessening the hands-on contact between Graduates and GFP. It will be a step by step procedure for Graduates to easily follow with the guidance of GFP staff. Also included in our new procedure
we will outline our dry-cleaning methods for gowns and hoods.
Studios and Merchandise Stations will all be equipped with hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes and signage to remind Grads, families and staff to adhere
to hygiene practises. This also includes cleaning of all photography equipment and payment facilities.
