GSA is our dedicated ceremony planning framework which encompasses start to end coordination and management of student registration, guest ticketing, seating allocation, validation systems ceremony attendance and contact tracing.
We’ve built GSA from the ground up to specifications that have come about from our day to day work at the proverbial coal face over countless graduations. Since the implementation of our comprehensive GSA platform, our university clients have increasingly handed over to us more of the operations of the graduation event, confident in the knowledge that we can oversee every detail.
Student Registration
With the introduction of the QR code-based registration system, students register their attendance and receive all information electronically on their phones.
After being verified as a valid attendee, students receive a unique link which includes their Ticket with seat number and information about the venue, event times and locations of other services, while recording their attendance at the event.
Guest Ticketing
Replacing paper tickets with a digital version, solves concerns around physically handling tickets whilst providing faster entry into venues, as e-tickets can be scanned quickly with no contact.
And, as all guests register their information via the Event Management Platform before tickets are issued, personal details of each guest are recorded.
Contact tracing is now an imperative resource for any event. Being able to quickly produce a report, in real-time, with particulars of all attendees will assist Health Care Tracers and provide your team with tools to fulfil obligatory requirements.
